Although this is the “how long is a peace of string”-type of question, since I have some experience with improving eyesight naturally, I will attempt to answer this question. It sure is a burning question that is amongst the first to come to the mind of people who’ve decided that they don’t need glasses for their vision anymore. It is also one that can only be answered with the same precision that one may get when one tries to hit two targets with one bullet, i.e. it is almost impossible to do, unless things line up perfectly.
But ere are some factors that determine the time taken to restore eyesight… How old are you, and what condition do you have? If you are over 40 and you have Mucular Degeneration, teen you are different from someone who is in their twenties, and with a mare Myopia. Would you agree? And it is very difficult to find any sort of statistics on this, which would obviously help, since we could then juust take a bunch of people in the same group, and then average out the time it took them to cure their eyes. However, since this stuff is categorised as the “alternative medicine”, nothing official is published, or, if published, it is probably |unpublished” just as quickly because of the people in the industry. And , while Myopia (Shortsightedness) & Hyperopia (Longsightedness) are most common ones, there are numerous amounts of other conditions out there, such as Astigmatism, Presbyopia, Strabismus, Amblyopia (aka Lazy Eye), Age-Related Mucular Degeneration (ARMD), and so on. Eye exercises help cure all of these, but the time it takes to full eyesight restoration may differ to each one.
How well can you relax your eye muscles? All of the exercises are based around one thing, which is to relax yur eye muscles first. If you don’t relax your eye muscles, then it is highly unlikely that anything will change for you with regards to eyesight, if you only, mechanically, follow eye exercises. You see, bad eyesight is caused by tensed eye muscles, that alter the shape fo the eyeball, thus creating the problem of imperfect vision. So this is quite important to grasp, and the speed of your progress with your sight will heavily depend upon your ability to relax your eye muscles. And it’s not easy at the start, and so that’s why you’ll need guidance on not only the relaxation techniques alone, but, preferably, guidance with doing them in the most efficient way, so that you get your eyes into shape in the shortest time possible.
Another thing is,your level of concentration that is important here. In life, if you want to master something, anything, be it playing your favourite video game, your martial art’s hobby, or your money-bringing profession, you need to devote your full attention to this task. How well you do this will determine your level of mastery, as well as your progression speed. And since we, as humans, are lazy, in general, this needs understanding, and work. Lot’s of work, for some…
At the end of the day, what you can do to increase the speed of your eyesight improvement depends on what you know, which comes to what guide you follow, i.e. how well it gets though to you everything needed to succeed. From my personal experience, it took me over two months to restore my near -5 eyesight, and I am very happy with that. I think the time that I spend on my eyesight as well as self-healing during the 2-3 months period, is one of the best ways I could have spent my time, period. Another peace of statistics I know is that in Russia, I know of one place, it’s called the “Institute of a Human Being” (a rough translation…), where they study self-healing and a load of other interesting stuff… And in their experience, they see people that restore eyesight with the speed of a dioptre per week. And, apparently, it *can* be done faster than this, but not recommended, because “going too fast may actually slow you down”. And I believe them, and a diptre per week is fast enough for me… wouldn’t you agree? And it actually took me two times longer, i.e. a little less than a dioptre per week, or so. But do you think I am upset about that? :o) Seeing clearly without glasses or contact lenses is AMAZING, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s still wearing these things, after knowing this!

First of, did you know that there are naturally ways of restoring your eyesight? Most people don’t. And I am not talking about medication or a certain type of a diet here, although that can also help correct your eyesight naturally. In this short article, I want to give a quick overview, from my own perspective, of what the eye surgery is, and how it compares to the natural eyesight restoration methods and techniques.
So, what •is* an eye surgery? Generally speaking, there are two ways to perform an eye surgery today. There is a laser surgery and a ‘manual’ surgery. Laser surgery uses the laser, while manual surgery involves using heat and radio waves, I believe. Both of these surgeries have one common goal, which is to reshape the eyeball, and so manually help it focus. Most common surgery today is Called “Lasik”, since it’s considered to be the easiest and safest for the patient. If you’re interested to learn more about the types of eye surgeries invented, check this website out.
Now, natural vision restoration is something completely different, though it does the same thing – i.e. reshaped the eye, thus helping it focus properly. This is how it works. when we look at an object, the point on which we focus is called the “central fixation point”. It is interesting to know that although when we look at something and we seem to see the whole object, we are actually only looking at one tiny spot at a time, and we see the rest with our, so-called, “peripheral” vision. We get this focus when our extrinsic/intrinsic eye muscles work together to shape the eye. Now, problems occur when these eye muscles stop working properly, and our eye is therefore not shaped optimally for us to get a good central fixation point, and so we start seeing blurry, double etc.
Now, I have considered this surgery myself just a couple of months before I learnt of the natural method. I even went to them and had a test to see “if I was suitable for it”. And I sure was. The only thing they said they appeared to be surprised about is the fact that my eyesight was deteriorating so quickly. But I am 22 now, and so they said that my eyesight should be stable already. And so I had a green light, and now only needed to finish my degree, and find £3,000 for the surgery. I was thrilled with this, because I really wanted to get my perfect vision back, and I saw this I my only chance to do so.
Well, I did some research on the internet, and have found out that it’s not as safe as made out to be. - That there is “a small” chance for complications. I don’t want to lie to you, so please don’t take my words as your Bible, but, from what I can remember, I was told that every 20 person has long-term complications, and around 1% of people have serious complications. At the time of writing this article, anyway. If you’re interested to see what your vision would look like if you were unlucky, then there is this website that was put together by a group of the “unlucky” (and here’s another place) people, who started experiencing problems after their eye surgery (remember that even 1% of a 1,000 is 10, and there’re A LOT of people who decide to go for an eye surgery early around the world). There are also A LOT of websites out there nowadays (and thank God for that, I hope that there will soon be the same amount for natural restoration methods) on all the possible side effects, or what goes wrong for people, etc. But that wouldn’t stop me, if it was my only option… I mean I would have risked it, because I really wanted to see clearly.
But anyhow, I’ve now restored my eyesight with simple eye exercises, and I would recommend it to anyone with bad vision. Here’re a few advantages of the natural method:
- Free
- No Risk Involved, Whatsoever
- Anyone Is “Suitable” For It
- No Need To Go Anywhere, can do this stuff in our own time and anywhere
- Guarantee Of Success For Life, because you would now be able to quickly strengthen your vision whenever you see it starting to deteriorate for whatever reason throughout your lifetime
These are just a few advantages I have created. Now, possible advantages for an eye surgery are:
- Time It Takes for the natural stuff is a maximum (the fastest recommended) of a dioptre per week, while laser surgery takes only 1 minute per eye for the actual procedure (+30 days of adaptation though, eye drops, bandages e.t.c., and the time of preparing, physically getting there e.t.c.)
- Less Work On Your Part, someone else does most of the work for you, in exchange for your money
Nothing else comes to mind in terms of eye surgery advantages…
My conclusion is that, undoubtedly, natural eyesight restoration ‘rocks’ *big time, when compared to an eye surgery. I would *never, in a millions years* go for an eye surgery, knowing what I know (and you know this now also). I do realise, however, that there is a lot of “simple” people out there, who would just go for an eye surgery anyway, even after reading this, and that’s absolutely fine with me, because it’s totally their choice.
i hope that you found this overview useful, and that you have taken in something out of it… I also encourage you to post comment for me on, or/and start a discussion going on my forum – would be much appreciated, since it’s always hard to get a brand new forum going.

Your oculist might tell you that bad vision is caused by a refractive lens error, or something similar to that, and one may even be convinced him/her self by ones education that this is the case. This theory was put forward by one person God knows how long ago, and it was quite convenient, as a new section in the health industry was then quickly formed. And now, of course, it’s in no ones interest for it to go, except those unfortunate that wear glasses! there’s only a comparatively small group of people, who are in The Industry themselves, and who are still holding on to it.
This theory leads us on to believing that our eyes are unlike any other part of our body, and that the only way to fix this refractive error is by external means - i.e. visual aid, or, a more modern approach is an eye surgery, where they physically correct the lens.
But we know very well now that our eyes have a way of self-healing, just like any other organ of our body does (perhaps with an exception of a brain), and so our eyes are quite capable of accommodating to see clearly without any visual aid, whatsoever. This has been proved by Fr. W. H. Bates, the infamous New York, USA ophthalmologist, who, after seeing thousands of patients yearly, had discovered that he could quite easily restore peoples vision, and so he did. over time, he perfected his system, and his research is still used to cure peoples vision today (any new research in the U.S. and Europe is heavily bashed and surprised). If you have bad vision, then you, yourself, can easily conduct a small and quick experiment to see who is right. If today’s theory is right, then, if you take off you glasses right now, stay without them for a couple of hours, and perform some of the good eyesight habits I’ll outline below, you’ll then take a notice of whether your eyesight is going to improve slightly, or whether it won’t at all. If it doesn’t, then that would somewhat indicate that the current theory the industry is keeping by is correct. If, however, you see a slight improvement, then you’d know that your eye started accommodating to see without glasses., and so you’d then know that Dr. Bate’s is right, based on your own experience. It;s a nice, quick way to cut the excuses of the sceptics out there, at least to me anyway (I’ve fully restored by own eyesight without a couple of months).
Now, we know that bad vision is caused by the shape of the eyes being altered, which, in tern, is cause by tensed by the so-called “extrinsic eye muscles” = there are six of these, and the tension of the muscles is caused by stress. So, the best habit out of all is to keep cool. Lo) Okay, you may now think that it is easier said than done? Sure it is; But that is the number one reason why people have bad vision. Moreover, it’s the number cause of problems through our whole body. In the modern world, hyper-stress causes more deaths than cancer. So, to put it in the shortest, simplest form, stress = unhappy, while harmony = happy. When one truly learns to relax ones whole body more often, ad, preferably, keep it relaxed al the time, then that will inevitably lead one to a hyper-happy life, as apposed to a hyper-stressful one otherwise. There’re many ways to relax out there, meditation and learning to feel happy, to name a few.
Breathing the right way helps our bodies to relax, hence helps our eyesight. Every breath we take gives us oxygen, i.e. our life, and the best way to breath is with your nose, mouth closed), and our teeth should be apart. We should inhale deeply, just as if we are yawning, and synchronously, with roughly equal intervals.
See without an effort. Very few people know that effort causes stress. I am not giving you an excuse here to not apply any effort to do things - that’s called laziness, instead, think how this applies to vision. We actually see with our brain, eyes are only there to ‘register’ the impulses, which are then translated, or transformed, into images. It was also discovered that our eyes take up around 80% of our bodies energy when they cannot see naturally! This means that up to 80% of energy is completely wasted by all those that wear glasses. And I have experienced this on myself - after I’ve restored my own vision, my productivity had jumped tremendously! Our eyes do not need any effort in order to see things, and if you feel that you need to apply effort in order to see, it most likely means that your eyesight is not as good as it should be, and so you need to work with it more.
Avoid all unnecessary strain, and gives your eyes a rest, when you feel that they are stressed. This may be difficult sometimes, but, in my own experience at leas, it an be done most of the time. Computers and books/journals, for example, put a strain on our eyes, and so does the television. What you, therefor, should do when you’re at these activities, is you should give your eyes a rest by closing them, and relaxing. Ideally, this should be done every half an our of monotonous, close-up work, and you can do it for about 2 minutes or so,depending on how well you can relax. Remember that relaxing does not just mean not thinking of anything, and relaxing just your eyes. You need to relax your whole body - every single part of it (with a very few, obvious exception, of course).
Healthy body never has any eye problems, and so it is vital to strive to living a healthy There are so many deadly things in our life that we do to our selves every single day, and which cause health problems. Alcohol, tobacco and all other narcotics are to name just a few most deadly ones. There’s are some very good books written on food by Pole Bragg, who, dispute all the disbelieve and bushing of his teachings by people in The Industry, is considered the father of healthy lifestyle.
Very unfortunately, people in general are starting to fix the effects of a problem after it arises. And they usually never fix the cause. And that’s not only our own fault, but also the fault of our education, and the system in general. Most of these good habits, however, are comparatively easy to get into, and if you do, then you will have a much better life than if you would otherwise.

Okay, they are not so much eye exercises, but techniques that are, in my personal experience (since I’ve restored my vision), as well as others, most effective of all. 2 of them are geared towards relaxing our eye muscles, while the third one improves out vision, through stretching it. So, let’s get into it.
You may have heard of this one, it’s been given a name “Sunning” (by Dr. W. H. Bates, a New York (U.S.A.) ophthalmologist), and you may have even done it before, but do you know how to do it in the most effective and safe way? Safety is quite important throughout all exercises, and especially this one, because doing things wrong may cause things that range from a slight delay in your improvement, to a fairly sever eye problem. Sunning, as you’ve probably already guessed, involves the sun, and you may have heard all oculists and doctors out there all in one throat telling us that sun is bad for our eyes, that it damages them, etc. etc. Well, although this is true, sun actually has a very powerful healing effect that helps us to get a better vision. That is why we need to take care when doing Sunning.
Here’s what we do. First of, we fully relax our eye muscles, while doing Sunning. This should, preferably, be done outside, or at least next to a window. Now, you should only do Sunning during an early sunrise or a late sunset, or else you are risking of getting yourself eye floaters, that will, eventually form a Cataract. If you don’t have sun near by, then you may use a light, 150 watt bulb. It will not be as effective as using the sun, but will still help relax our eye muscles, which is what we want. Another highly recommended thing to do is you should cover one of your eyes with your palm , while Sunning. Make sure to use your palm, and not your fingers, as this not only insures the best cover of sunlight, but also has a healing effect, since our palms emit healing energy. Now, sit down on a chair, facing the light,, cover one eye, and spin your head like a pendulum, form one side to the other. Do not focus your vision on anything, just swing your head from right to left, and vice-versa. Do this for 2 minutes or less, and then do the same with the other eye.
Second exercise is called “Palming”. Palming should always be done after Sunning, in order to reinforce relaxation. Palming is a harmless exercises, in that you cannot over-do it, even if you sit at it continuously for hours (although that is not recommended). There were, apparently, a few people in Dr. Bates’s practice that were going almost blind with their vision, and after sitting, doing palming for 20 hours continuously were able to fully regain their vision (i.e. they saw the last line of the eyesight test from 20 feet away). Palming is also geared towards eye muscle relaxation. To start with, rub your hands vigourously against one another until they are warn. Then put them one on another in a cross, and cover your face so that the centre of your palms rest exactly on your eyes. Try to eliminate all light, and close your eyes. The minimum you should spend at this stance is 5 minutes, and, for the best effect, it is recommended to spend 10. After you’re done, put your hands down while keeping our eyes closed, then inhale deeply, for supply of fresh oxygen to our lungs also relaxes our body, therefore our eye muscles, and open your eyes slowly. You will then, depending on how well you’ve relaxed, see better than before.
A couple more tips, when seeing, do so without an effort. Every effort on your part causes tension, therefore bad eyesight. When palming, don’t stare, instead, think of something nice. This is quite important because closing our eyes doesn’t automatically guarantee relaxation – our eyes can still stare, therefore are as tensed as they wear when your eyes were open. This is also true for when we sleep. When we close our eyes just before we switch off into The Never-Land, we need to make sure that our eye muscles are not tensed, or else we’ll most definitely have tensed eyes throughout our whole sleeping period, which, kind of, defeats the point of rest, altogether.
Now, this last exercises helped me improve my vision from almost -5 both eyes (deteriorating fast), to literally an eagle vision now. I’ve never seen so well before in my whole life, and I\m forever grateful for that! So pay attention. What you do here is you stretch your vision. If you are “hyperopic” (or long-sighted), then you push it closer. I’t s as simple as that. That technique (if you can call it that!) alone will happily improve and even restore your eyesight, proving you do it well. Unfortunately what I found is that when I stretched my vision while I was just walking down the street, it did little good… So here’s what worked for me: as I sat in our University library, with fairly dim lighting (normal lighting during the day), and I looked outside a window that was roughly 25 meters away from where I was sitting. But I didn’t just look, instead, I had forced (to start with, until I could do it via other techniques, like through controlling my mood &, eventually, by simply blinking in a certain way), then, when I got the desired flash of good vision, I kept that good vision for as long as I possibly could. It lasted for a second or two at the start, but then quickly started to last longer and longer, until, eventually (literally over a week, from that point) my vision had returned to perfect (pre my 13 year old age, which was ten years ago, and that’s the time when I was first equipped with my first ever, and so much hated thereafter, vision aid!).
What you should look for in this last exercise is a place where you can most easily keep that flash of good vision for longer. For me, this place just happened to be our University Library. A very important point to remember is when you get this good vision, you keep it while you’re fully relaxed, or else it’ll not be as effective (if effective at all), You will possibly experience discomfort and even a slight pain in your eyes, like I did. This is good, because it means that your eye muscles are stretching. You will see a significant improvement in your vision after this exercise.
It’s all so simple, it’s even a little disgusting (mostly because we are not told this by anyone), and yet it is so powerful that it may make your knickers wet… (brrr, an extremely unpleasant experience, always have a spare with you. - just kidding!)
Please discuss this article on my blog, it would be nice to hear some feedback, and get a discussion started on my new forum that would help that will greatly benefit yourself, as well as the community.

In this post I’d like to cover the idea of speeding up the process of recovering in general. This can be eyesight, or it can be anything else that we experience during our life time. It can be an accident on the highway, it can be cancer, diabetes, or anything else we see people suffering from.
Today, we live in a world where we are developing in a scientific direction. So, what we can see and measure, we know, while what we cannot see and especially what we cannot measure, we don’t really know much about. This situation is worsens by people who are against progress in this field. I am thinking of the eyesight industry here. They are doing everything they possibly can in order to
mislead people into thinking that eye exercises don’t work and that the only way to get out of the bad eyesight problem is to wear vision aid, or go for an expensive and not as safe eye surgery.
Anyway, what I want to get people here to think about is that there are a lot of unexplainable, at a first glance, from a scientific point of view, things that our bodies can do and that go far beyond the so-called ‘normal’ comprehension. These things usually get out when we are under extreme condition, e.g. under stress. I think that everyone hare had heard of situations when just an average Joe , when was chased by a dog, had jumped form his stance on to a fence or a tree that is 4 times higher than him/her self, or when one lifted a lorry that stopped on his foot… I recently heard a story about a pilot of a helicopter in Russia, whose machine started falling rapidly, while his controls stuck. Everybody though they’d die then, apart from the pilot himself, who had managed to straighten the helicopter out again. From his own words, he said something like: “I close my eyes, I was absolutely sure that I simply cannot die now…”. He also said that he had never experienced such a high level of concentration ever before. When they landed, and when the specially-assigned team of people looked into what had caused the problem, they had also accurately calculated the amount of force that one needed to apply in order to move the control handle. The number had shocked everyone there, because was measured in TONNS! The pilot then also told a similar story that had happened with his own dad, this time, on an airplane. Same situation, and the same outcome.
So what exactly is it that our bodies possess, and, most importantly, how do we control it, and use it to our advantage, without harming ourselves? In Yoga terms, they call it the power of ‘Kundalini” (I don’t know whether I spelt it right, but that’s how it’s pronounced). This term, however, applies mostly to the abnormal strengths of our body. What we are after is the power to learn quickly, and to self-heal quickly., so that we can apply it to our eyesight problem, to cure our eyes quickly. While it appears to yet be unknown (“appears to”, because there are might be people on this planet that know more than we do that we just don’t know about) ow to awaken these Kundalini powers, we have learned one thing that can help with the self-healing part. And that is our FEELINGS. We can use the power of our mind in the form os thoughts and feelings to literally do anything we want with our bodies. It has now been scientifically proven that what we think has a direct effect on what we experience in our body. E.g. I can refer to experiments conducted in many countries now when they ask a person to perform an activity of some sort in ones mind, while they connect him (or her) up to a computer, and they measure the impact that has on his body, i.e. his muscles, etc.
“The Institute of Self-Healing” (the one I am basing my own little course on), initiated by Mr. Norbekov, in Russia, had been studying this for years now, and they have come across many astonishing discoveries. To name one of many, they’ve solidly proven that what I said above exists by hypnotising a person, and then telling one that a piece of red, hot metal will be put against ones back, and with these words, they take a something warm, and put it against ones back. When they ‘awaken’ that person, what they see is that not long after ones hypnotic experience, that person sees a burning starting to appear on that exact spot where the warm material touched ones back… And the same works in the other direction. If one is total, while hypnotised, that the burning was fake, and that it was just a warm material that touched ones back, it goes away, be it real or not! Even scars can and are treated that way in this institute.
So, with regards to eyesight, what they have discovered is that anyone can improve their vision from practically any dioptre, at a speed of .25 a dioptre per day, or 1dioptre per week! They report results as “200 out of 200”, i.e. everyone that comes to them with problems, leaves without them. Their institute and their representatives are situated in many town in Russia, and they are also operating around the globe. So, why have you not heard of things like that from your doctor? Well, why on earth would they tell you about something that would put them out of their jobs, right? They are money quacks. And I actually think that most of them are just mislead. I never had any faith in doctors… never had any real problems that required their attention, and so is my grandfather. My grandmother, however, is a sceptic, and she is a walking collection of diseases, and so she visits different doctors every single week, even though she know a lot more now than they do. Me and my grandfather are both optimists, and we stand very strong on our feet, thank God. He is close to 80 now, and he is still almost as fit as I am now, at my 22… Positive attitude to everything is incredibly powerful, and rally has no limits as to what it can do for you, and remember that negativity does exactly the opposite.

There are a tonne of eye exercises you can find on line, both: for free and
for a fee, so what shall we go with? Are there exercises out there that work
better than others, and so shall we constantly be seeking for these, while we
‘re on our journey to better vision? This question is very popular amongst
those people who don’t understand how the whole process work. And this is the
majority, unfortunately. I’m going going to clarify some things here that you
should pay attention to, I’m going to tell you how your eyesight gets
restored, and the ‘magic’ is not in the exercises themselves, but in the
relaxation of our eyes.
As I’ve briefly in my sales copy, when most of us begin having bad
vision, this is because our eye ball changes shape and then doesn’t get back
into the right shape in order for us to see things as clearly as we used to.
Children are not born with bad vision, as far as I know, so bad vision is
gotten throughout life.. So, why doesn’t our eye get into shape we want it to
be in, why does it start focusing poorly? Well, let’s take myopia as an
example – too common among today’s young people – well, all people, until
they are 40 (after which more people get hyperopia/short sightedness than
myopia). So, in order to get myopia, here’s what we do: we stare at something
for a long time, usually close up. Most common things today’s that cause
myopia more than anything else did before our our computers. We stare at
them for ours close up, and so our eyes not only become lazy and get myopia,
but also become quite unhealthy – soar eyes, for example. This is because,
according to recent research, we blink up to five times less than normal,
when working with a computer! Just think about that – no wonder we start
getting soar eyes. In my newsletter, I’ve covered things like this – how to
prevent this from happening. It’s quite easy, once you understand it.
But let’s get back to the topic this article is about. While we’re sitting
and looking at things close up, then there’s stress that comes in from
everywhere, and what we do is we tense our body, mind and our eye muscles.
This is the root of the problem for myopia – tensed muscles. Once muscles
tense, you need to relax them so that they return to their previous state And
it’s really easy to do at that stage – a lot easier than later on, once our
vision deteriorates.
Our vision deteriorates because as soon as we start having vision problems,
we go to an ophthalmologist, who then prescribes us with glasses. And you
know what? As soon as that happens, our eyesight becomes deteriorating! No
matter what your doctors tells you, it starts deteriorating as soon as you
put these lenses on your nose, because it’s like putting a monitor or a book
in front of your eyes for 15 ours a day. Andthat really sucks, big time,
because instead of quickly helping your eyes to get back your 20/20, you’re
making them work harder. We all do. and it’s not so much our own fault. It’s
the problem of our money-driven society we live in. If your doctor told you
that you can reverse bad vision, you’d do it, and so he’ll lose you as a
client. Don’t believe me? Think it’s another lame marketing ploy? Go, check
out my sales copy for my course - I’ve got proof of that. You can also do
some research yourself - find out how easy it is to do, and how many people
have restored their vision, etc. With the info. that I have for you, 200/200
people restore their vision, with an average time progress of a dipotre per
week. Have you seen that kind of success rate anywhere else? If you have,
please let me know, and I’ll help you restore your vision for free!
Now, what do our eye exercises do? In short, once we get bad vision, there
are some eye muscles, which we stop suing. Eye exercises are needed in order
to help these eye muscles get used again. It helps the process of eyesight
restoration as well, but nothing more than helps. The root of the problem for
bad vision is in tensed eye muscles, as we learnt above, and so what we
therefor need is we need to relax these tensed eye muscles, so that we regain
our vision.
1. Relax tensed muscles
2. Eye exercises exercise those unused muscles so that they get used, and
that’s how we regain our perfect vision
So this is why eye exercises are only part of the equation, and one need to
learn an understand mind work, and take the holistic approach, meaning pull
all trigger at the same time, in order to speed up the process – there are a
load of other things one needs to know. I may cover them later on… So, it pay
when you know the whole story, and when you have a set of instructions in
front of you that not only assemble this knowledge into one, comprehendible
peace, but also gives you the order in which to perform what, to get the
maximum effect. That’s why courses are useful – because people get to try it
out, then they give their feedback, and the course gets continuously improved,
until there is no more improvement to be done. And in the engish-speaking
world, there has been very little to none reserarch in the area, because
perfect for people kills the multi-billion industry that is built around
people with bad vision. Glasses themselves were invested not so long ago
themselves, and people managed without them. How? They’ve not had so many
problems, first of all, since no computers, not many books around even,
nature etc. But they also passed this knowledge from generation to generation,
right until glasses were invented, and then this natural ‘thing’ was
quickly forgotten. You’re really lucky that you[ve heard about this, because
9/10 people just don’t know any better.`

Is there an alternative to an eye surgery? (if you don’t know what an eye surgery is, or want to know more about it - Lasik is by far the most popular one, then visit this post on Lasik eye surgery that explains briefly how the operation works.) That questions gets asked a lot, lately, especially by those that are considering such an option. I was amongst those people once upon a time, and I have even visited one of the eye surgery places. People were nice and helpful, they were very positive towards this surgery and were all talking about great results that this surgery produces. Then they offered me a free check-up to tell me if I qualified, which I tool. incidentally, I did qualify, and so I though to myself that my rode was set - I wanted to get read of these damn clutches in the form of my contact, and wanted to start seen without them, for once. I was really excited about an eye surgery, but now the only ‘thing’ that stood between me and my perfect vision is the money - those eye surgeries are not exactly what you call inexpensive… in fact, quiet the opposite. Especially if you’re a student. So I said to myself “once I am done with school (university), I’ll get a j-o-b, get some monthly cash flowing in, and, hopefully, I’ll easily be able to afford this eye surgery.
Fast-forward to today, I now have a perfect, “eagle vision”, or “20/20″, as some people like to say. How did I do this? I was lucky enough to find out that there is an alternative to eyesight improvement via a surgery to some very simple techniques, involving quite basic eye exercises, that can help us relax our eye muscles, and strengthen those that need to be strengthened, so that our eye takes the right shape, and seen in into any distance. It is so powerful and effective, that it even works on people who have far more serious eye problems, like glaucoma’s’, cataracts’, and other, similar types of eye diseases. So, if you have a shortsightedness or long sightedness, it wont’ take long at all to get your perfect vision back! To me personally, this was a revolution, a real breakthrough, almost like a miracle in fact, because I’ve not even considered in my head that this is possible. It took me around 2 months, may be a little more, to fully regain my eyesight from -4.75 on both eyes, to the perfect eyesight in any lighting conditions and any distance, that I have now. In fact, I think that I can now see better than I ever did before - I can see very small objects like flowers, that are a hundred meters away - I can sometimes even tell the colour of each individual flower! It is really amazing, and it is a whole new world, for someone who can see well without glasses.
I am not an expert on eye surgeries, but I know a couple of facts about them. I know that not every person is suitable for them, I know that a substantial enough (not to risk it, as we’ve a better alternative) risk of complications, and lastly, one very serious fact that would make me personally decide against this surgery, even if I knew no alternative. People that have developed an eye surgery are actually now protecting against it, saying that they did not investigate it properly, before it got put into mass production, so to speak, so, as a result, there are things such as the fact that our cornea flat does not ever heal, that a lot of people feel discomfort after they did this eye surgery, that you cannot look at the light for a month or two after the operation, that there are people who need a second operation, because their first one was so imperfect that their vision is just too blurry, and I can probably carry on for another paragraph, talking about it’s imperfections…
I think that if you have read this article and you are thinking about an eye surgery, you should really consider this natural method instead, doing these exercises for just 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week would be enough to fully restore your eyesight, no matter what condition you have - be it -2 or +10, or what age you are - if you are 17, or if you are 70, it really does not make a huge difference in the results that you’ll get. You will restore your eyesight also. It’s painless, it’s easy, it’s risk-free, and it is a lot less expensive, or even free, if you decide to research this yourself and find some free educational material on the web.
I have researched this myself a lot, since I have restored my own eyesight, and I have read almost every bit of information available, and have compiled my own set of instructions, which are easier to do than most of the stuff that you have online, but which are also more effective, giving out far more success rate, because it has been studied a lot, as apposed to a lot of the other stuff, which was taken from Dr. Bates, the American scientist, and was not really perfected after this time (it was over a hundred years ago, I believe, when Dr bates had discovered that you can actually restore your vision naturally, with simple exercises). This information is not secret., yet very few selected people know it. The industry does not was us to know this, for obvious reasons, but, none the less, literally millions of people around our globe have managed to regain their eyesight, including yours truly, so there is really no reason why you cannot do this as well.

So, What Is, By Far, The Easiest Way To Keep Our Eyes Healthy?
This is what we should but will never hear from our opticians, when we have our first eye test. If they did tell us this, then that eye test would’ve been our last one as well. But they’d much prefer get us ‘hooked’ on glasses instead, so they’ve got themselves another client. Oh well… thank God that we can actually restore our vision!
Here’s what you should NOT do. Have you heard about Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Bilberry and Bioflavonoids, Chromium, Copper Gluconate, Eyebright, Ginkgo Biloba, Glutathione, Lutein with Zeaxanthin, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Quercetin, Quercetin, Rutin, Selenium, Zinc, vitamins A,C,E, and other antioxidant and antihistamine/anti-inflammatories? These are all nutrients that are heavily advertised to us every single day, in all possible media formats, claiming to help us lower the risk of macular degeneration and cataracts, as well as other nice things, like various retinal diseases, and diabetic blindness. Heard about all that? Well, let’s forget about all of them for a minute, because there are, by far, easier methods of healing yourself!
Obviously I am not a doctor, and I am in no position to tell you stop taking them if you were prescribed any of the above by your doctor and if your life depends on it, but I can take a very educated guess here, and say that even if you cannot see yourself living a day without taking drugs, then just eat some honey with high diastase level and sucrose, and eat a little bit of queen bees mild every day, and you’ll be much better off, than taking any of the most expensive medicine on the market today. My Granddad, at his 80, is unfortunate enough to have both: cataract and glaucoma, and even though he can have a free operation to have himself fitted a new crystal ball, he had decided against it, and started taking measures to naturally fix himself up, and guess what? He has been seen solid results for the past 2 months, as I am writing this, he claims to see much better now. Just 2 months! I have no doubt that he will fully regain his vision, just like I did with mine.
So, here’s something you can do now, and it’s free and painless, in order to prevent your eyesight from getting worse, be it because of your age, or because of the time spent at the computer. When you are working with a PC, reading a book, or when you are doing anything else that requires you to stare at it for a long time, especially close up, you need look around the room, look into the distance now and again. If you do that, your eyesight won’t get worse. Else, it will, and it’s only normal, only common sense. If you do start noticing your eyesight worsening, then you can start doing more exercises - move your eyes up, down, left, right, look onto your nose etc - do this for a couple of minutes, once every hour or so, then close your eyes and relax. If you put your hands over your face, so that your eyes are right in the middle of your palms, with no light getting through, and stay like this for a minimum of 3 minutes, then your eyes will relax and you’ll see a huge improvement for a moment. It is the same principles that are used with the various techniques and exercises that fully restore our vision. i’ve personally also used some inhaling techniques while doing my eye strengthening exercises - for an example, see what Marelisa Fabrega on the topic.
Finding out that this is all possible and restoring my own vision was like a MIRACLE to me, as I was actually getting ready for a laser eye surgery. Now I’ve fully done my research into this, and have really enjoyed a huge improvement in my general health and mood, as a result of a perfect vision. It opens up literally a whole new world to you!
