Introduce yourself here. I'll start first... I'm Andrei, the owner of CureYourEyes.com. I'm 22 years of age at the moment, and I'm currently living in sunny Bournemouth, England.

I've had -4.75 on my left eye and -4.50 on my right eye, and had rebuilt my eyesight in around 10 weeks. I've had myopia only - no astigmatism, nothing else.

I've been using the email a lot, chatting to people that way, and that was probably a mistake, since no one else benefits but the recipient of my emails. I will try changing this now, so that all communications are done through this forum instead. It also seems to have a very tedious manual registering/approval process of new members... Can anyone tell me how to make this process automatic? I have many people registering, but by the time I get to approving them, they tend to lose their enthusiasm to post. Anyhow, I'll work on that.

India is famous for it's enormously rich culture and very strong natural, untraditional medicine! I have a lot of Indian friends from my class... And am planning a trip over to Delhi this December. I would have though that you guys must have this type of information right at your fingertips over there!

Hi, my turn to introduce. My name is Jake and i am from Malaysia. Im fifteen this year and is desperately wanting to improve my terrble eyesight. In my card that i obtained from the optician, it is written (SPH.-750(R), -575(L)) and then (CYL,-150(R), -200(L)). I having short-sightedness and i dont want to go for laser surgery as i cant never afford it and im oso afraid. I hope that u can guide me on this natural way of improving my vision.

oh okay, i get it :) erm im mushy from manchester uk and erm im short sighted, and i really need to imprve my eesight coz im going on a pilgrimige soon and im having trouble seeing far distances and i dont liek wearing my glasses al the tie, does anyone know any eye exercises to help eye sights?? x

My name is Mary, I'm originally from California but currently live in Alaska. I read your publication on how to rebuild your vision and was fascinated by your article. I have very bad vision -6.5 and -5.5 and have been reading on the Bates method and been doing research and exercises for the past 2 years without success. I am desperate to regain my vision and very much looking forward to the methods that you are using.

Hi, my name is Ray. I'm 17 years old. I live in California, USA. I'm suffering high myopia and astigmatism, because I've been playing computer games since 10 for 5+ hours every single day. I've regretted it. And because of that, I'm wearing (-5.5 diopter right and -4.75 diopter left) glasses for one year. And it really bothers me. I'm not in the rush or anything because I'm still young, but I'm DYING to fully restore my vision.
I started doing the exercises according to your site 3 weeks ago. I've seen slight improvements. I can read some advertisements in the street.
I do have a question though. After not wearing my glasses often and doing those eye exercises, whenever I wear my glasses, I feel more pain than before. And for my current contacts, I felt huge pains after wearing them 10 minutes.
Does that mean my eyesights are improving?

PS: Can your eye exercises eliminate starbursts?
