When your eye muscles are relaxed, you just see without any effort on your part, whatsoever. Period.
While you're restoring your vision, when you relax, you feel discomfort. You feel as if your eye balls are being pulled back, and being stretched and twisted... Ha!
This is what I have to say about relaxing ones eyes:
Do not tense your muscles - relax as much as possible, while doing the exercises, and after (throughout your day you should remember to keep your eyes as relaxed as possible at all times, do not allow stress to get to your vision, when you cannot see anything and it's stressful for you, then what you do is you straighten your spine, put a wide smile, up, breath in and out as normal, but deeper, and your vision will improve like at speed of a quarter of a dipotre per day).
Vision improving by a quarter dipotre a day!? Who does he think he is conning?
