Here is my story. I first found I had myopia when I was 10 years old. Back then I had -2.75 in both eyes. I did't wear glasses or contacts because I didn't need them, except for when I had to read from the blackboard at school. My diopter was stable and at the age of 17 I still had -2.75 in both eyes. I decided to wear glasses, mostly contacts. Now after an year(age 18)I went for an eye check and found that my eyes got worse. They were -3,50 in both eyes. I got really upset about it and decided to stop wearing glasses/contacts full-time cause apparently it was those prescription thingies that made my eyes worse. I found your guide about three weeks ago and started doing the eye exercises. Now, in less than three weeks, I am positive that my eyes have improved by a long shot. I can see a lot better than when I had -2,75. I frequently experience moments of clear vision, each lasting for a different period. At first it was only a few seconds. The last one, which was 4 or 5 days ago, lasted for solid 2-3 minutes. I've never seen better even with my glasses on. I have come to experience that everything you've said in your guide is definitely true. I just have a few questions. I don't do the sunning exercise because I am a bit scared of looking at the sun. I mostly do the palming exercise which helps a lot. Is it okay to do just palming because I think it works best for me, better than sunning or stretching. Another thingie. In the last few days something changed. I usually do palming for like 10-15 minutes. Now when I do palming, at about 5 minutes of palming I experience a strange feeling in my eyes. It's a discomfort in which I think my eyes are stretching as you have mentioned in your guide(for 3d exercise though) The more discomfort I feel during palming, the better I see afterwards. Since this discomfort appeared, palming has a much greater effect. Is this normal? Last but not least, about the stretching exercise. I think I am doing something wrong because I don't feel any discomfort or pain as you describe it and I don't see any difference after the exercise. What I do is open my eyes widely and stare at some objects in a park which is about 30-40 metres away. Am I doing something wrong? I really want to thank you about sharing this. My eyes have improved a lot in less than three weeks and am definitely going to carry on.
hey martin45, do you have any proof that your eyesights improved. Its just im having a hard time believing it because i only read that it works? thanks
Well, no. I haven't got my eyes checked yet. I plan to do it in September b4 I go to uni. Then I can provide you with some proof cause I still keep my old prescription. Have you tried it? If you did, have you seen any improvement. I mean, there's nothing to lose if you haven't tried it. If it doesn't work for you, you can just carry on wearing glasses or contacts. But I can tell you for sure > glasses do make your eyes worse, personal experience here. And I have never heard of anyone reducing their diopter by wearing glasses.
I have tried it but it was on and off and i didnt see any improvement. Ive got A-level exams over the next couple of weeks so im goin to try again over the summer when ive finished. I also dont want to go uni shortsighted. I bought two books - one by leo angart and another called relearning to see by Tom Q so hopefully they will help.
I bought this two years ago. My eyes are not better. The guide that this guy wrote is full of misspellings and doesn't even make sense. I bought a book called The Program for Better Vision from the Cambridge Institute for Better Vision. That book was much better than this one. I believe that you can cure your eyes naturally, but not using this website or this guide.
