Hi Andrei, I am following the exercise routine below in the afternoon everyday..Please give me your inputs and tell me how many times I must do it everyday:
1. Washing my eyes with cool water (1 min) 2. Sunning (by closing alternate eye and facing the sun)in the balcony (5 min) 3. Palming (10 min) 4. Stretching my vision (5 min) 5. Focusing on near and far objects alternately (5 min)
I do this in the afternoon around 2 p.m ..I leave near my office, so i go home for an hour, exercise and come back...
As i am in an I.T company, I have to work on computers..can you suggest exercises i can follow in office as well?
