    Hey guys,
Has anyone come across a guy called Leo Angart who is a natural vision teacher. I bought his book a while ago and on his website he says that he used mostly energy work to recharge his myopic eyes. Andrei, have you heard or ever used these techniques?

p.s the link below is a video one of his workshops

Hi dude, he's using the same stuff I have used, when restoring my own eyesight.
I.e. the Bate's Method, and beyond. "90% in the mind", "it's largely to do with how we perceive the world", etc. (Leo's quotes from that video)

Our body has a tremendous capabilities to healing itself, and my stuff is mostly based on the work of Mirzakarim Norbekov, who, in tern, studied it from other places (it's all based on ancient knowledge / teachings), and who is the founder of a huge Institute of Self-Healing in Russia. He studies and teaches ways' of unleashing this potential.

The chances are, whatever Leo covers in his courses, I cover in my guide (only in a shorter form, my guide has only 8 pages of text).

Just pay attention to every little detail in my own guide when you're reading it (if you have it, that is...), and you'll be okay.

I meant I utilise all the principles that Leo covers. I may not have every exercise he uses, there were/are *tons* of different ones developed, and eye exercises are nothing more than just a tool, not the principles themselves.
