Hi Andrei, In your guide, you suggested that we do away with our glasses or wear lesses power ones...As I have to work with computers, i cannot do without my own ones... i DO NOT wear them while doing the eye exercises and am slowly doing away with them in the evenings after work..
For example, I am stopping to wear them to gym and walks but need them for office and computer use...
Personally, I think that it's not okay... But I do get this questions a million times... So you can experiment with it youself... And tell me the outcome. See if you can relax your eye muscles wearing your normal glasses...
How long do you spend wearing them? Can you not wear weaker glasses, and then just sit closer to your monitor or something?
Get a weaker prescription, and wear it when you need to. Then gradually strengthen your vision by working with it, and reduce your prescription again. Do that until you won't need your glasses anymore.
I know that opticians are saying that glasses actually HELP your eyesight, but I think they're wrong. That's what they're taught, and it's incorrect. I know, because I've restored my eyesight, and they cannot explain "how that was posible". They still send me all sorts of offers for an eye surgery because I went to them once.
